Order Processing and Production

Our products are made to order through Printify, our print-on-demand production partner. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, processing and production time is required before shipment.

Most orders are typically sent to production shortly after purchase. Production times may vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, stock availability, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Estimated Production Time

Most print-on-demand items are typically produced within 2–7 business days before they ship. Some items may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, high-volume periods, supply shortages, or if a print provider experiences delays.

Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after production is complete and the carrier receives the package. Delivery estimates vary by destination, shipping method, carrier, and product type.

Typical shipping estimates may include:

- United States: approximately 2–7 business days after production
- Canada: approximately 4–15 business days after production
- International orders: approximately 10–30 business days after production

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may contain products fulfilled by different Printify print providers or facilities. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout when applicable. Rates may vary based on product type, quantity, destination, print provider, and selected shipping method.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship through carriers used by Printify and its print providers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, Royal Mail, or other regional carriers depending on the destination and fulfillment location.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned orders caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and work with our production partner or carrier where possible.

If tracking shows that the package was delivered, we are generally not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement after delivery. Please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before contacting us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery so we can review the issue with our production partner.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delays

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur due to production volume, holidays, carrier disruptions, weather, customs, incorrect addresses, supply chain issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. If you need to request a change, contact us immediately. If production has already started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
