Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are made to order through a print-on-demand production partner, each item is created specifically after your purchase is placed. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before ordering.
Returns and Refunds
We only accept returns, replacements, or refund requests when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what was ordered.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color or style
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental orders
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
Size Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, and measurements before placing an order. If you order the wrong size, we are unable to accept a return or provide a refund or replacement. Please check sizing carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
Claims should be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If the package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
Replacement or Refund Process
If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. In many cases, damaged or defective items do not need to be returned, but we may request additional information or photos before approving a resolution.
Returned Packages / Incorrect Address
If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has been submitted. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. If production has already started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
